- Carta de solicitud de postulación dirigida a la Dra. Thais Claros Urquieta, Directora de la
Unidad de Posgrado.
- Hoja de vida actualizada
- Fotocopia de Carnet de Identidad
- Fotocopia de Diploma Académico
Los documentos se recepcionarán en folder amarillo con los siguientes datos en la
carátula:
– Apellidos, Nombre
– Número de Carnet de Identidad
– Celular y Correo electrónico
– Programa al que postula
O en formato PDF (todos en un solo documento) en la dirección de correo institucional
bioquimicaposgrado@umss.edu con los mismos datos como carátula.
